I present you the drawing "Salud Gota a Gota" that continues my exhibition of illustrations of the series that I title "Homeless. Would they think the same in this situation? ”, In which I show several politicians in a street situation.
In this new illustration, I portray the Minister of Health Ana Mato in the waiting room of a public hospital and the question continues "Would they think the same in this situation?"
What would you think if when you retired after contributing money for years of work to the Social Security treasury, you would not have the right to public health? If your daughter fell ill at 12 at night and there was no emergency service?
At this time, many towns in Spain do not have night emergency services, in some autonomous communities people with disabilities cannot pay for their medicines due to the lack of subsidies, the privatization of health in other communities ...
I have always believed that art is the child of its time, that it should reflect it. The art of these times is in white, black and gray tones, because colors have been stolen from us and they are well kept in tax havens.
