Flightpath: Alternative fuels for Europe, is an European Union project represented by the European Commission with partners related to the Renewables, Research and Innovation, Energy Efficiency.
The project is directed by Marie Donnelly, Director for Renewables, Research and Innovation, Energy Efficiency in the Directorate General for Energy of the European Commission.
SENASA is the leader and coordinator of the group and work together with Transport & Mobility Leuven (Belgium), Wageningen University - WUR (Netherlands) and ONERA (France) as main partners. SENASA is in charge of the Dissemination Plan.
As part of this Dissemination Plan there were needed the creation of a Corporate Entity which includes an Imagetype, Fonts, Colors, and Power Point Template.
The shape of the logotype is based on the concept of an aircraft engine but it also evokes by the colors used terms such as fields (yellow), clean energy (green), skyline (orange) and aviation (blue). All the colors work together and turn on the same direction in order to get a clean and sustainable energy.
All of the work related to this project, such as documents, meetings, teleconferences, etcetera... will be stored in a intranet specially developed for the project. There will be admin users (SENASA) and normal users (partners).
On that purpose I worked on the development of a previous Mockup in order to define contents to accomplish a good User Experience and behaviour of elements to understand and offer a good User Interaction.
This intranet come with those features:
- My Profile: with user's info.
- Calendar: in which normal users will see future and past events and admin users can manage them.
- Several Documentation Repositories: where users can manage and consult documentation related to meetings, teleconferences, reference documents and working documents.
- Management Area: where admin users can manage users and companies of the project.
