The video is very interesting. I did 3D years ago, although I finally left it parked, and I was surprised by the way of modeling, almost as if you were painting.

If this workflow is more artistic than the traditional one, you sculpt without thinking about geometry, and when you finish your sculpture, you do retopology by projecting the polygons of a new object onto the first model. (Unlike a few years ago it was the other way around, first you modeled and if that, in a copy you made details for baking)
