About the role

We are currently looking for a 3D Designer with artistic sensibility and who has experience working with Cinema 4D or Blender.

This role involves collaborating with various international clients, such as Galderma, the world's largest independent dermatology company, Danone, the leading global food and beverage company, or SKYN, the #1 non-latex condoms brand in the US.

The 3D Artist will work closely with the Art Director and will be responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive visual assets for different clients with a focus on big digital advertising campaigns as well as social media content.

You would be part of the conceptualization process, thoroughly understanding the brand identity and proposing fresh and innovative visual ideas that convey its messages, values, and personality.

This position requires working from our HQ located in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

● 3D modelling, texturing, compositing and animation.
● Searching for inspiration and keeping up to date on the resources needed to make projects shine.
● Understanding the technical specifications provided by media agencies (formats, video codecs, etc).
● Ensure that the assets are in line with the brief, specifications and brand.
● Work closely with art directors to present a final product that fits the client's vision for the project.


Requirements

● 3+ years of experience as a 3D artist with artistic sensibility.
● Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender and render engines.
● Proven experience in creative lighting and texture compositing.
● Portfolio with successfully launched brand projects.
● Good eye for design and a passion for creative work.
● Ability to understand the evolving trend of Artificial Intelligence to take advantage of it and apply it in work processes.
● Ability to proactively suggest improvements to the brief.
● Assume large volumes of work and ability to contribute resources in decision making during the workflow.
● Ability to mimic the aesthetic and tonal needs of each client.
● Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
