3D Animation PM & Production Coordinator

INSIGHT OUT is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager / Production Coordinator to join our team. The PM role is crucial in ensuring the success of our projects and delivering high-quality creative assets for our clients. You’ll work with a small but mighty team, as well as external freelance creative collaborators.

REQUIREMENTS

Must haves

Proven experience as a project manager.
Bilingual/ native level English and at least full professional proficiency in Spanish.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Familiarity with creative processes and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by the creative industry.
A proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing project requirements.

Nice to haves

Project management experience in a creative agency, production company or similar.
A network of creatives you have previously worked with that you can recommend for specific projects.

This is a full-time role, for which you will be expected to work in-person, in the office, 5 days a week (WFH and remote only in exceptional circumstances). Ideally, the right candidate will start in early July, at the latest.
