Christmas upcoming

This right is my first assembly with what I had left in the house and without having seen the course, I was just playing around with the kenzan so next I wanted to create something to bring us in the Christmas spirit after watching the whole course all in one night. Here’s how it went:

I used a bowl because I’m lacking bowls and vases currently so had to improvise with what we had. I also bought a Kenzan but realized that I will definitely need a moon and a bit of a higher vase because it still can be seen.

I went to the local flowershop and was stressed because they kept asking if I need help when I just wanted to get inspired. Eventually I spotted this Beauty of amaryllis with five flowers on alongside with pine and this berrys which I don’t know the name of. At home I tried to apply the rules and principles but it was difficult for the amaryllis so I inserted some of the stem and added a tiny branch and wire for it to be hold up in place. Tried to add some of pine in front to cover the wire and kenzan. Also cut off some pine needles because they were cutting and crossing eachother as well as to give space to ma. Actually very happy with my first try. 🥰
