I used a fine point pen on A5 cartridge paper. There's no pencil, just drawing as I have a long time now. The sketch is from a photo of the building. I then used Posca markers to add color.

The sketch was then given some color using Posca and Uniti markers. They're fun and vibrant and offer a sense of presence to the place.
