Hi everyone!
I'm new on Domestika, so I'm uploading a portfolio project so people can get to know me better. I made this bag in november 2023, because I needed a nice fanny pack to bring to music festivals. I made this bag entirely out of calico, fabric scraps and recycled trims and materials I found around the house. I used calico as base layer, on which I glued assorted fabric scraps. After it had dried, I topstitched everything in place, so it would be more durable. The bag features a large flap which opens by zipper, with a front pocket and inner pocket. It's lined with scrap polyester gabardine. I always add my personal labels to my creations! It adds flare and makes it look more professional. I hope you like my work! I hope to make a lot of cool things with the help of Domestika courses.
