ABOUT THE ROLE
We´re seeking a motivated and talented marketer to lead performance marketing and CRO at Heepsy.
Heepsy is an influencer Saas product where brands discover & analyze any creator in the world. We have grown fast since we launched in 2018. We help thousands of brands and creators globally with a team of 30+ talented individuals working remotely across several countries and also from our Bilbao (Spain) office. Heepsy is already successful, with thousands of brands using it to find creators, and it will expand its features significantly in the near future after repetitive and consistent client demands.
The person who participates in this role will have a unique projection opportunity as a Marketing Analyst - Performance, and will use creative, low-cost strategies to help Heepsy acquire and retain customers through all available channels. The Marketing Analyst - Performance we are looking for is experienced in differente areas of marketing specially in performance marketing and growth hacking techniques. You'll be responsible for managing Paid Ads campaigns and for identifying opportunities to boost Heepsy’s growth, and designing strategies to enable the continuous optimisation of the most relevant KPIs. Our ideal candidate have a rare combination of analytical problem solving, interpersonal skills, and a strong willingness to roll up their sleeves and get the job done!
You will work together with a best-in-class team of marketers. You will be tasked with improving our global paid ad marketing visibility and overall conversion rate while working closely with the Head of Marketing and the rest of the Marketing team and other teams.
WHAT YOU´LL DO
You will lead performance marketing for Heepsy
End to end management of the Performance Marketing initiatives to ensure the campaigns deliver against growth and efficiency targets
Analyze consumer patterns such as traffic, conversion rate, and competitor analysis to recognize media investment efficiency and advise on strategy
Support the rollout of the roadmap of performance marketing programs rooted in channel, measurement and Ad Tech best practices
Manage the localization process of ad copies, creative, etc., of local marketing, and act as quality control for global programs that are localized
Understand best practices, drive for process improvements, and find new ways of operating, with a focus on simplification, scale and productivity
You will lead CRO for Heepsy
Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels (e.g., landing pages, ad copy, creative, etc.)
Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
You will lead Growth Hacking for Heepsy
Identify gaps in our marketing funnel and surface opportunities.
Deep dive into complex topics and propose clear and actionable solutions based on data
Be research-minded in the pursuit of understanding customer needs and how we can capture and retain their interest.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience in planning and implementing successful global PPC strategies
+1 year of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and web analytics
Business-fluent in English
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail
The ability to work effectively with international product and business teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a simple and factual way
Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, A/B, and other testing methods
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience of bid management tools such as Google Search Ads
Knowledge and understanding of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, etc
Deep understanding of automated bidding
Able to successfully deliver effective PPC initiatives that drive performance improvements
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Self-starter, constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities
IT HELPS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in a start-up
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience in working as part of an Agile product team
Experience working on a B2B business
Knowledge of influencer marketing
