About the Role
We are seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Designer with proven experience in B2B publishing to support our creative output. This role is ideal for a designer who understands the demands of professional publishing and can deliver clean, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals.

You will be working on-site from our co-working space in Salamanca, Madrid, 3 days per week, collaborating closely with our editorial and marketing teams to produce materials for both digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Design layouts and graphics for B2B publications, reports, and guides.
- Develop visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency with Pharmaboardroom’s brand identity across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with editorial and content teams to deliver polished, on-brand designs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet publishing deadlines.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B publishing (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Available to work in-person in Salamanca, Madrid, 3 days a week.
- Freelance availability (this is not a contract employment role, and we cannot offer visa support).
- Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout skills.
- English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Have
- Experience with infographics and data visualisation.
- Familiarity with digital publishing tools.
- Understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors (a plus).
