My project for course: Logo Design: From Concept to Presentation

Ålands Hemundervisarförening, the homeschooling association of Aland Islands, have existed for just over a decade, and have never had a logotyp.

As making the association more known to the public was a top priority for the new board, the need for a logotype became obvious.

After interviewing the board members, three main concepts/keywords were distilled:
* Engagement / Contact
* Expertise / Authority
* Visibility

Since the connection between parent and the child is essential in home schooling I wanted to capture and transmit that in some way.
