Zoom in Hummus

Special utensils for serving the middle eastern Hummus spread. We exam the different ways of eating Hummus while creating situations that maintain its values as a local food: popular and iconic. These values are connected to a collective cultural memory and the psychological and social characteristics of assorted Hummus eating rituals
