Community Manager / Creative / Digital Marketing

MAAT is a European startup focused on bringing together sport communities. We are based out of Barcelona and Milan, we encourage remote working but also enjoy getting together as often as possible!

We speak Spanish, English and Italian.

We are looking for a talented creative and strategic person to run campaigns on social media take the brand image on social medias to the next level.

This is not a full time job, for now, so we are looking for a time commitment of 15-20 hours a week with the vision to eventually join the team down the road.

Location: Remote (Europe)

What will you do in particular?

- Strategy: Create and ideate campaigns for social media managing the editorial plan

- Creativity: Bring the strategy to reality by imaging how the social media assets will look like

- Execute: work with our super cool Graphic Designer to help her paint and bring your ideas to reality

- Iterate: Be data driven, understand key metrics of marketing funnels (CTR, MQL etc.) and derive actionable insights from this to optimize future campaigns focused on community building and engagement.
