I made a leather cover notebook for my friend's birthday.

Pieces of leather, rice paper for inside cover, 100 mg ivory paper, thread, wax, curved needle

The most difficult part was sewing the pieces of leather together, otherwise it's very well explained and I could bind it fairly easily (from the second try though, the binding wasn't taut enough and I had to start over)
