Mon projet du cours : Tahiti patterns

For this project, i chose Tahiti, my home country.
I chose to work with the key words : Waves / Sea, and People / Tatoos. Because the city of Tahiti, Papeete, means water that gushes. It is surrounded by water (from rivers or from the sea) the sounds of waves.
The people of the islands share the same values like solidarity, empathy and kindness. Everything is designed with tatoo patterns (buildings, shops, television, logos, etc). That's why i chose to design people like tatoos, to show solidarity and the importance of water for them.
I wanted for my patterns to be round and dynamic. For the patterns, i took the colors of the lagoon and for the box i took the color of the sand.
