Creative Copy Supervisor

You will be responsible for supervising creative teams in order to translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts

Covering conceptualization and the craft of execution for advertising, branding, social and experiential.

In order to help brands better participate in each of these unique and increasingly overlapping disciplines, the CD will be there to support our teams to craft amazing ideas that deliver effective and consistent content at each touch point in unexpected and unforgettable ways.

Requirements:

● 5+ years of agency experience at least 2 as creative supervisor.
● Strong Portfolio: You demonstrate breakthrough originality, innovation and a multi-disciplinary thinking through your work.
● Leadership Skills: You can build boundless teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills and can organize, motivate and improve the creative output of those around you.
● Big Unconventional Idea Thinker: You go beyond the executional or tactical tasks and come up with innovative creative solutions that works across all (digital) media.
● Team Player: You are positive, collaborative and a contagious spirit, who works well with others.
● Entrepreneurial: You take initiative and proactively come to the table with new ideas to push forward the creative work and develop the client relationship.
● Production Savvy: You know how to work within budgetary constraints and have experience working with production vendors and freelance specialists.
● Time Management: You can manage your time and hit deadlines with the best work.
● Cultural Player: You contribute to the culture of the agency and take part in activities that foster the agency spirit.

Terms of employment:

Permanent contract.
23 days off + bank holidays.
Your B-Day as an extra day off.
Working hours M-T 9h to 18h. Friday we telework 9h to 15h.
Our agency is very well located in Madrid city center.
