OH37 is on the lookout for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our core creative team on-site in Madrid. If you’re passionate about storytelling through animation, thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, and love working shoulder-to-shoulder with other imaginative minds — this might be your next role.

What you’ll be doing:

Creative Animation & Design

- Create high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for branded content, social, campaigns, and events

- Interpret briefs and work closely with producers and art directors to align on visual direction

- Bring scripts, storyboards, and ideas to life with animation that is engaging and effective

Technical Execution & Integration

- Prepare content for multi-display setups, pixel mapping, projection, and event visuals

- Export files in platform-appropriate formats and integrate animation into diverse media

- Ensure visual and technical consistency across all assets and deliverables

Workflow & Asset Management

- Collaborate with the production team to gather and organize all required materials

- Manage project folders and maintain clean, structured file systems in Dropbox

- Keep animation projects organized and update assets based on feedback and revisions

- Adhere to OH37’s visual guidelines and standards across all workAnimate compelling 2D/3D motion graphics for events, branded content, social media campaigns, and immersive experiences.

We’re looking for someone who:

- 3+ years of experience in a motion design or animation role in a marketing or creative agency

- Expert-level skills in Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects

- Strong 2D animation and motion graphics portfolio

- Experience creating animated content for events, campaigns, or digital media

- Skilled in keyframe animation, storytelling, and design thinking

- Understanding of projection mapping, pixel mapping, and media server formats

- Ability to animate typography, infographics, branding elements, and UI motion

- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Communicates clearly in English and works well in a team

- Can work on-site in Madrid, with availability to start in September
