Responsibilities:
📋 Collaborate with teams to translate briefs into digital content plans that align with brand objectives.
📱 Manage social media conversations, engagement, and customer service using specific tools and workflows.
📝 Write and produce content for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
📊 Assist in creating KPI reports, benchmarks, and visual presentations for clients and internal use.
🎨 Work with content and creative teams to develop innovative digital and social media campaigns.
Required Experience:
🎓 Degree in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing; a master’s in Digital Marketing or Corporate Communications is a plus.
🌍 Proficiency in English (C1-C2) for collaboration with international teams.
✍️ Strong copywriting skills and storytelling abilities aligned with brand strategy.
📑 Experience with large brands and knowledge of social media trends is highly valued.
🤝 Excellent coordination, self-management, and teamwork skills in a hybrid work environment.
Benefits:
