I am an award winning quilter from the netherlands and always interested in patterns and colors. The pictures of some of my winning quilts are showing that. A lot of the kumiko patterns are used in quilting. But after so many years competing with quilts I want to make kumiko from a material that is not flexibel like fabric. I was always interested in making small projects of wood. Never got the time or the materials for it. Now I have...sort of...the time.
