UX Researcher

Here at Alarzel, we are looking for a UX Researcher.

Location: Remote from Spain. Our offices are in Barcelona.

The candidate will:

– Conduct user research and concept development.
– Plan and implement the overall user research strategy and methods together with other researchers and CX colleagues.
– Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation.
– Adopt collaborative approaches to design. Work closely with the design team and engineers throughout the solution validation and implementation cycles.
– Participate in recruitment activities for user research.
– Drive UX vision in alignment with project roadmaps.
– Leverage research insights (both qualitative and quantitative), trends, and best practices to recommend and influence the customer experience. Connect decisions to desired business goals and outcomes.

You should have:

– 3+ years professional experience.
– Experience using analytics data to inform decisions.
– Experience on doing research activities (collaborative workshops, interviews, shadowing, card sorting, etc…).
– Strong organisational and analytic skills.
– Strong reporting and presentation skills.
– English speaker with good written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
