Senior Fashion Designer

We are Muroexe, a footwear and accessories brand located in Madrid. Our goal is to create products with technical sports features and elegant design aimed at creative profiles, entrepreneurs and young professionals. We sell mainly through our online store but we also have our own physical stores. Due to years of growth, we currently have a strong international orientation.

We are looking for a person to join our team as head of the Product Design (textile, footwear and accessories). This person will take responsibility for the entire product design cycle from concept all the way to launch, for sale.

Main responsibilities:

- Visualization and conceptualization of multiple design projects in the fields of footwear, textiles and accessories.
- Creative management of the brand product portfolio.
- Management of the design team.
- Management of the entire product process: concept, design, prototyping, quality control and final production.
- Search and management of suppliers.
- Analysis of the results of the different product lines.

Requirements:

- 5 years of experience in a similar position or in one in which similar daily tasks were assigned. Demonstrable experience in job-related tasks.
- Advanced english level (business professional).
- Experience with team management and task assignment.
- Experience training teams and specific experience with textile, footwear and/or accessories.
- Goal-oriented profile.
- Supplier Portfolio.
- Management experience with suppliers: prototyping and quality control.
- High knowledge of trends and passion for fashion, footwear and accessories.
- Business acumen and marketing savvy.
- Professional handling of design tools.
