Graphic Design Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects
with the goal of delivering every work on time and within scope. Proven working experience in
Graphic, Editorial and Digital projects is required, and excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills are
a must.

*MAIN RESPONSABILITIES*
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of graphics and layouts.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Identify, track, escalate and help solve project issues, conflicts and problems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

*REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS*
*Must Have*:
-5+ years of proven working experience in Graphic, Editorial and Digital project management, preferably in the creative/cultural/communications sectors.
- Solid organizational and analytical skills. Meticulous about attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented, patient and ability to work under stress.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills: experience in Editorial, Branding, Typographyand Layout Design.
- Good understanding of Visual Design disciplines.
- Understanding of creative and production process.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills: client-facing and internal communication skills &written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English. French is a bonus.
