Junior Graphic Designer

Hi there!

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced **freelancer Graphic Designer** to collaborate on an on project basis with the possibility of going part-time in the future.

We’re a creative agency based in London and Barcelona. We are a small multi cultural team with very big ambitions. We focus on supporting startups with their advertising initiatives with a strong focus on social media, TV commercials and OOH campaigns across the UK and around the globe.

Main tasks:

- Conceptualising and execution of visuals and creative concepts for different formats across digital and traditional media channels.

What we’re looking for in our designer:

- Someone who has a great eye for detail and understands how to utilise the right colors, fonts and imagery.
- Advise on best practices and optimisations throughout design projects.
- Create visualisations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project.
- They can collaborate and communicate well with other members of the team.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English.
- 3+ years of previous experience in advertising agencies, design studios or similar.
- Solid experience with image editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign) and Figma.
- Experience using brand guidelines.

It’s a plus if:

- You have an eye for typography.
- You have knowledge of UX/UI design.
- You have retouching skills.
- You have illustration skills.

Soft skills:

- You have storytelling abilities.
- You’re up to date with new trends and know how to adapt (for example, understanding how content is consumed on TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- You have the ability to work intuitively and proactively.
- You understand the communication needs for promotional content in social media.
