Adrian Jimenez

Good morning, my name is Adrián Jiménez Leandro and I am 27 years old, graduated in Audiovisual Communication at the Complutense University of Madrid. I studied this career because my childhood has been linked to audiovisual culture, specifically video games and cinema.
I did the internship and later worked for Atresmedia, although I was also part of other companies related to communication.
One of the most important was the television channel "LaSexta" of the Atresmedia group. I worked in post-production of news, video editor, creative, photo editing, news editor, meteorology, and managing some social networks (Twitter, Instagram) of several television programs
I am passionate about the world of filmmaking and post-production, specifically VFX post-production. I would love to specialize in it in the future, to be able to take a teacher and train with the best to develop my full potential.
I consider myself a very creative person who learns quickly. What I am most passionate about is creating audiovisual works from an idea. Starting from something that I couldn't explain with words, show it to you with a succession of images and sounds. That is, convert something abstract into something “real”.
I am quite pleased with the most used video and photo editing programs. Although with these tools there is always something new to learn or discover. I owe everything I learned to my teachers and classmates, but in large part to our beloved internet.
I am a person with a good presence and am friendly. I have experience dealing with the public and speak English fluently as I have lived abroad for about 4 years. I have always worked in groups of several people, it is something that I like. I always like to listen to the opinions of others, it is a perfect way to improve your work and continue learning.

ABOUT ME
During these last years, apart from working here and there in this and that, I dedicated myself professionally to sports, in my case American football, playing in countries like Denmark or Germany. A curious fact is that I am also a player on the Spanish American football team. I love animals, the beach, and spending time playing video games.
