About the project

As part of Santander's new app for personal customers, I helped design the Transfers feature. I contributed with UX Writing for the entire flow, including transactional emails, push notifications, and error messages.

How I helped to solve the problem

- Defined a consistent writing style for the entire experience.
- Rewrote the whole flow, so it was faster and easier to transfer money.
- Redefined and helped to implement a better way of handling errors by making them more contextual and actionable.
- Improved the existing transactional email copy to match the new voice and tone guidelines.
