Introduction
I wanted to create something as a tribute to my late father. I have many fond memories of him throughout my childhood. One of them is him teaching me about the vastness of the night sky and naming the constellations. He even bought me a telescope! So I decided to create a diorama of a night sky , from the rooftop of a house, with a telescope and the discrete figure of a little girl with her father.

Supplies
- Wooden box shaped like a house
- Wooden miniature ladder
- Music mechanism with handle
- Starry lights battery operated
- Acrylic paints
- Brushes
- Printer and transparent adhesive film
- Terracota air dry clay
- Fake moss
- Jewellery parts
- Wooden sticks and rod
- Silicone gun
- Tiny hook screws
Installing the music mechanism and the lights
I used a wooden box shaped like a house and a wooden ladder. For the telescope I used caps from jewellery, a piece of wooden rod, sticks, silicone and antique gold acrylic painting. For the roof I used ceramic tiles, that I made one by one, from terracotta clay, brown acrylic paint and fake moss. For the wall I used again ceramic tiles that I covered with white acrylic paint. I also painted the inside of the box with acrylic paints. I printed a transparent film with the figures. I added a music mechanism and starry lights and voila!
