Embroidery in black thread

18cm embroidery hoop, double thick blanket fabric, black thread, black Anchor Mouliné

I used an 18cm hoop, traced my design with a pencil and grey clay, and began tracing my design. The lines for the whiskers, eyes, and some black spots were done with the Anchor Mouliné.

I continued adding lines of varying lengths and in different directions, depending on the direction of the fur. Very small lines for the dark areas, like the nose.

After several days, it's finally finished. Maybe there are some mistakes, some extra lines, areas I could have obscured, but that's how you build experience and skills. I loved this course.
