Social & Content Marketing for Silicon Valley Marketing Agency

We're a boutique innovation agency (felino.com) working with fashion, retail, and Bay Area startups. Need a creative social media strategist for 3-4 hours/day, async via Trello + Loom.
You'll do:
Create content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok
Knowledge of various Hootsuite type software to help us decide how to streamline things
Write compelling copy for tech/startup clients
Develop visual content with elevated aesthetic (we have graphic designers as part of the team to help)
Build organic growth strategies
Engage communities and spot trends
You have:
Strong design sensibility and portfolio
Strong, near native English copywriting skills
Proven social media experience
Self-directed work style
Understanding of startup/tech culture
Tools: Canva, Midjourney, Claude.ai, standard social management platforms
