Carol Boquet

I am an American now living in France. After graduating with a degree in studio art, I tried my hand at writing books for children and was able to have one published in Cricket Magazine. Since then, a few of my written and illustrated stories have been published in an online journal. I love illustrating and have made a number of illustrated books and pop up books. I also spent many years as a professional puppeteer as well as assistant English teacher. I also have made many acrylic paintings focusing on themes , especially endangered species.
I look forward to your course and hope to better my techniques in drawing and painting water color animal characters and settings. (I too love Beatrix Potter!)
