As a product and service designer with over a decade of experience working with clients such as ING Bank, ABN Amro Bank, KLM, Liberty Global, Virgin Media, Neom, Vodafone, UPC, MyParfuem, KIA Motors Europe, Bovemij Group, BASF, Sanofi, and Takeda, I am dedicated to helping companies design better ways for their customers to experience products and services that improve their lives and the business bottom line.
My goal is to make complex things simple, using innovative creativity to build good user experiences. To achieve this, I work closely with stakeholders at a hands-on or leadership level to ensure that solutions are understood by all and, support both business targets and customer goals and needs. I have a deep understanding of design methodologies, agile methodology, and the overall process of product and service delivery, and specialize in Design Systems, User Interfaces, User Experience, and user-centered design.
My strengths include effective communication, interpretation of business requirements and user needs, and a focus on strong collaborative design processes and achieving creative solutions based on user research and data.
