Raúl finished his secondary education at the Lycée Français de Madrid and then started a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design at the Escuela de Arte Diez and in Sociology at the UCM. In 1991 he bought his first Apple Mac and started using QuarkXPress and Freehand as an artworker in BravoLofish, a small busy studio.

A year later he moved to London where he laid out pages and pages of books and magazines for various publishers including Dorling Kindersley, Diagram, HarperCollins, Banson, ITF, WWF, FAO, UNICEF, IPPF, etc.

In 2004, Raúl moved to Cádiz, where he lives, and worked since as a freelance graphic designer for various British and Spanish clients, offering a wide range of design services.

Just recently he discovered a more artisitic side and started creating digital collages that he shares in Instagram: sr.raulito was born.
