This is my first "solo" bird. I should have eliminated the dark branch underneath the bird - was trying to follow the photo. Still trying to get the feather effect without drawing in specific feathers...am trying to "loosen up" my paintings. Probably should have just avoided the background and put him on a single branch. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and have never tried to paint birds before.

Professor PlusIsso é muito bonito e acho que o fundo funciona muito bem. Tem tanta coisa que eu gosto nessa pintura: as flores soltas, os tons interessantes na parte de baixo e a maneira como o rosa se mistura com o azul do céu por trás. Muito bem feito! Que bom que você gostou do curso e obrigado por participar!
