Colourful Illustration

I thought of creating something that would represent me, since I've never done that before. These are the first ideas that came to mind. I wanted to draw myself in the kitchen because cooking is something I love. I definitely wanted to include my beloved dog, who recently passed away.

I used my ipad and pencil.

I made many different versions, with several palettes, and in the end I changed it completely for my final piece because I still didn't like any of them completely. I knew I definitely wanted to include a couple of colours, but I wasn't sure about how to combine them.

I made some changes and added some new pieces of decor.

And this was the final result. I created the illustration in CMYK, so I changed some values like saturation to give it a more vibrant look on screen.
