Cocktail & Food Photography for Silk Road Restaurant and Bar

This project involved capturing the space and full drink/food menu for a new bar in Portland, Oregon called "Silk Road." Following the Silk Road theme, the bar is pretty long and slender, and the design of the dining room emulated the look and feel of a train-car. The drink menu focusses on classic cocktails with a fun and inventive twist. For example, a Martini served with pickled mushroom or a classy Piña Colada made with sesame and served over pebble ice. Although most of my work revolves around beverages and cocktails, their food menu really stole the show. They serve a wide variety of exceptional Chinese dishes that photographed beautifully and tasted absolutely amazing.
