X23

I painted this image of X23 as a commission for a patron's private collection. Since this was not used commercially I was able to be free with my depiction. I enjoy drawing street fashion as opposed to official costumes when I can so this is an example of that. An enjoyable pin-up image where I was able to have lots of fun and make a mess with the media. Gouache paint, black colored pencil, and graphite. I like to have certain areas very refined and others totally unpredictable.. just like life.
