Telecom, Media and Technology companies often require access to external professionals to run projects, define new strategies, launch new initiatives or support internal tasks.

The traditional solution has been engaging management consultancy firms with very high fees, which can be prohibitively expensive in some cases.

Moreover, usually only the senior managers have a real understanding of the industry and relevant experience, while myriads of young consultants are learning on the job… at the customer expense.

However, finding the right talent and expertise outside traditional management consultancies has usually been a risky, time consuming and long process.
