Katushka Millones

I am a contemporary artist who lives and works in Brookfield, Connecticut. A native from Lima, Peru, my paintings and objects pay homage to nature. My personal style emanates joy and peace and expresses the vibrant spirit and atmosphere of the places I love.
Although I am an architect, my love for painting and the creation of things has never faded over time. So I self taught by imitating great artists, and started creating my own. I love human figure, so that is how I started painting, with my daughter as a model.
Influenced by William Turner, Sargent, the Hudson River School, and many more, I started Landscape and Plein Air painting.
