Product Designer UX/UI

As a Junior Product Designer, you will explore user and product problems, build solutions that solve these problems, and implement changes based on the users’ feedback, data and product’s business strategy.

You will work on a wide range of topics: design user journeys from search to post-purchase, analyze and develop psychological patterns, experiment and test new features, work with the marketing team to make the bridge between campaign and product.

On a daily basis
*Designing user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and rapid prototypes.
*Participating in user research and analysis to find new opportunities to enhance the user experience.
*Collaborating closely with other designers as well as product managers, data analysts, and engineers to ensure excellent user experience and high-quality implementation.
*Communicating design concepts and specifications to teammates and internal stakeholders.
*Build and maintain our design system with the product and tech team.

Requirements
*A portfolio of work demonstrating design abilities – from discovery to delivery.
*1+ year of relevant design experience.
*Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Information Architecture, or related field/equivalent work experience.
*Experience working with style guides and component libraries or design systems.
*High-Level Proficiency in Figma or similar design tool.
*Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and good knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, HTML, and CSS.
*Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
*Fluent English is mandatory, French or Spanish is a plus.
