Ibiza Gran Hotel is looking for an Community and Content Manager who will be the visible marketing voice behind all social media platforms to ensure the highest levels of customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Director of Design to develop creative concepts that accurately reflect the positioning and personality of Ibiza Gran Hotel 5* GL.
- Manage the day-to-day activities for social media channels, such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, build relationships with followers and moderate user-generated content.
- Act as a true brand champion with the hotel teams. Ensure the brand experience comes alive through all the hotel communication, guest experiences and interactions.
- Liaise with other hotel departments to develop social media content and timelines coinciding with the implementation of new products and services.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. All within the IBIZA GRAN HOTEL and CASINO personality.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in social community management.
• Ideally 2 years experience in the hospitality AND LUXURY industry.
• Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, PR.
• Mandatory knowledge of E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of Social Media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires a high level of English language,
including spelling, grammar and punctuation is a must.
• Proven working experience in creating content and growing social audiences.
• Demonstrated project management experience in organizing marketing projects from conception
through implementation.
• Highly creative thinker, with a genuine passion for social media.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Innovative, proactive and resourceful team player.
• Strong interpersonal skills but equally comfortable working independently.
• An understanding of a luxury hotel brand and the importance of a coherent brand experience.
• Curious and looking towards future trends in luxury travel and technology.
