Description of Employment:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Cross Media Specialist will be responsible for media planning and creativity.
Employee's Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for media planning, both offline and online;
Media planning reporting and optimization;
Advise on how best to use media to achieve desired marketing goals and objectives in order to get maximum efficiency across all channels;
Campaign performance management;
Manage and execute all media plan adjustments including changes in budgets, scheduling, communication goals, media mix, etc;
Explore media alternatives and be creative in recommending media solutions;
Retrieving, analysing, and understanding all available data and internal information to maximize sales profit opportunities with a strategic/commercial approach;
Determine what creativities are the best to use to achieve the best results;
Deal and manage media and creativity agencies.
Education: University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or similar.
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
Experience in offline/online media planning;
Experience in planning, buying ideally in an agency;
Experience working in a creative environment managing ATL, BTL, communication, 360 campaigns, etc.
Competencies & Skills:
Fluent in Spanish and English;
Strong analytical skills;
Business performance focus;
High level in Excel;
Ability to work in cross-functional and international structures;
Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once;
