We are looking for an SEO/SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. You will be responsible for growing a Search Engine Marketing team to support our clients in their global rollout by means of locally relevant Online Marketing strategies.

Position responsibilities:

• Define/Determine Client SEO/SEM Campaign Strategy
• Competitor Site Analysis
• Managing multilingual SEO and PPC Campaigns to drive traffic
• Perform SEM/SEO effectiveness Analysis
• Creation of Campaign Analysis Reports
• Operational follow up of campaigns with weekly optimizations based on KPI's
• Lead quarterly meetings focused on the analysis of campaign results and recommendations of future action
• Recruitment of new team members
• Management of the SEM team
• Project management with teams in Asia: Hong Kong, Korea and Japan
• Implementation of the project collaboration tool Podio in the web marketing department and training of the teams

Essential skills and experience required:

• At least 2 years' experience in SEM
• University Degree
• Fluency in English, other languages would be an asset
• Excellent Analytical & Communication Skills
• Passion for SEM, Online Marketing, Internet and new Technologies
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Good presentation skills
• Team player, proactive, curious
• Search Engines : Google, YouTube, Baidu, Naver, Yandex, Bing and Yahoo
• Website Reporting Tools : Adobe Omniture (SearchCenter & SiteCatalyst), Google Analytics
• Competition Analysis Tools : BenchTools, AdGooroo
