Daniel A.Sater

My name is Daniel Abd El Sater. I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and to give you a brief background about my work. I am an Art Director holding a master's degree in Art Direction from Ecole Superieure de Publicite (SUP de PUB) in Paris, France.

Ever since my post-graduation in 2011, I have gathered extensive professional experience in Design and Art Direction in Europe, Middle East and Gulf Region. I have worked in different industries; in advertising for McCann Erickson L’Oreal Paris where I was part of the creation of commercial ads starring faces like Eva Longoria and Claudia Schiffer, in publishing for Plastik Magazine where I handled the layout design for its first issue, in production for Beyond Production where I managed and executed visual concepts for Premieres and fashion shows for clients such as Nicolas Jebran, Buddha Bar and La vie en Rose, as well for Emirates Group where I handled the production of Arab Idol’s Emirates set design in Beirut.

I currently work as a Graphic Designer with Emirates Airlines in Dubai. Being part of Emirates’ creative department, I mainly create new product lines for Emirates official stores from bags, cloth, devices and branding as well for Emirates big events such as Rugby world Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, and Golf tournaments. Alongside my job, I freelance as a fashion photographer. My passion for fashion photography stems from a very young age. I broke into the fashion industry in Lebanon doing campaigns, editorials and lookbooks for fashion designers like Mikael D, Lara Khoury, Charbel Zoe Khoury, Poise Design, for Jewelry brands like Chopard, Joanna Laura Constantine, Christina Debs, for Magazines like Al Yaqazaa, Kol al Osra, Masculin.

I always had a keen eye to details when I am styling shoots; whether I am working in a closed studio set or an outdoor location or if I am shooting one model or a group of models. Consistency is another key aspect of my work particularly in the level of quality and careful execution of shoots when making an inspired and carefully curated image.
