This course exceeded my expectations. It was almost like I was taking the course in person. She is an amazing teacher and I learned so much from her. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning how to paint birds and oils.

Very good explanation of her process. This method takes more patience than I normally give to the preparation stages, so it was a good practice for me and my final painting showed improvement.

While I have found both the medium and the subject to be intimidating (both are new to me), the instruction is sound; clear, thorough, encouraging, and the instructor conveys her expertise and her love of the work is solid and supportive. I am sure that as I progress through the detailed, well-organized lessons that I my skills will take a big jump forward. I just wish I had a larger studio space to really make the best use of the classical subject:easel set up.

Great course, lots of clear guidance. Included lots of helpful bits of information that is usually not addressed. More clear, thorough classes like this please.
