Introduction
This Adobe Photoshop project explores the art of digital manipulation by combining features from three different animals to create entirely new hybrid creatures. Using layer masking, blending techniques, and adjustment layers, I merged textures, colors, and anatomical structures to ensure a natural yet surreal transformation. The goal was to experiment with visual storytelling, realism, and creature design, pushing the boundaries of imagination while maintaining a cohesive and believable final composition.
Below are the photos used to create "Seraphin Skelura".

Supplies
Adobe Photoshop: This project was created using Adobe Photoshop, utilizing a combination of layer masking for seamless blending and levels adjustment layers to refine lighting, contrast, and color balance. These tools allowed me to merge textures and features from different animals while maintaining a cohesive and realistic final composition. By carefully adjusting tones and edges, I was able to create smooth transitions between elements, bringing the hybrid creatures to life.
Seraphin Skelura: A Hybrid Creature Design
The Seraphin Skelura is a haunting yet elegant hybrid creature, created by merging features from a fox, betta fish, and bat skeleton wings using Adobe Photoshop. By utilizing layer masking and levels adjustment layers, I carefully blended the textures and anatomical structures to create a seamless, otherworldly fusion. The fox provides the foundation with its sleek, agile form, the flowing fins of the betta fish add a ghostly, ethereal movement, and the skeletal bat wings introduce a delicate yet eerie contrast. This project explores the balance between beauty and decay, movement and stillness, fantasy and realism, resulting in a creature that feels both spectral and majestic.

Bramble Wisp: A Hybrid Creature Design
The Bramble Wisp is a unique hybrid creature I designed by blending features from a hamster, elk, and butterfly using Adobe Photoshop. Through layer masking and levels adjustment layers, I seamlessly merged their distinct textures, forms, and colors to create a creature that feels both mystical and organic. The hamster's soft, compact body forms the head blending into the neck neck and body of the elk. The elk's elegant antlers add a sense of majesty, and the butterfly wings introduce an ethereal, delicate quality. This project was an exploration of digital creature design, focusing on realistic integration, texture blending, and imaginative storytelling.
