My project for course: Custom Tattoo Design with Procreate - woman’s portrait

My process is pretty straight forward.
I look for photographs or images that could translate into a potentially great future tattoo. I mainly search the internet for designs, but art, history and design books have plenty to offer as well. Once the image is imported or chosen, I trace or reproduce the main lines down in Procreate. The point is to reclaim the design, simplifying it as much as possible whilst making it my own and keeping in mind the amount of details that is possible to translate onto human skin.
