I'm trying to dip my toes into short 3 page stories for my portfolio and Sam's class has been helpful. I'm trying not to get scared off by the idea of 22 page stories and just keeping it simple and short. I'm a digital artists, but the narrative and storytelling concepts apply traditionally or in digital mediums.

El curso es excelente. Sam explica muy bien todo y es super cálido con lo que cuenta y cómo lo explica. Los contenidos del curso son muy valiosos y son una magnífica puerta de entrada para el mundo de la narrativa. La parte en donde explica el entintado es épica, te da muchos tips para ser prolijo y hacer el trabajo bien. Al último también da muchos tips super útiles. La verdad estoy muy contenta con todo lo que aprendí.

Sam Hart teaches two courses on Domestika. This course is concise and full of helpful tips through out. He instructs you on how to create comic panels from idea, scripting, lettering, and inking as well as guidelines about the panels and how they sit on the page. It is all fantastic stuff. Watching him ink pages you will also pick up subtle tips that his won't verbally convey, but are just as powerful. The course is educational, fun, and ends with great illustration tips. Recommended.

Very informative: it provides lots of good info on how to plan, produce and read comics.

Short but condense and informative. It covers the whole creative process, which is exactly what I was looking for.
I'll need to build strengths in other areas nevertheless, and a complementally course may be required.
