Poster with dynamic shapes

I wanted to create posters that featured fun blobby elements in a retro colour scheme.
I created a program that makes a poster of elements in a grid but with specific rules. I wanted the elements to be connected to previous elements and create blob-like shapes.

I used Python and Thonny.

These images illustrate the shapes created from the grid elements. Straight lines are next to straight lines and curved lines are next to other curved lines to create a dynamic poster.

The blob shapes don't really come through in the random coloured poster, but I think the added rules (instead of complete randomness) make the poster dynamic and purposeful.
