Wonderland Tea Experience Wireframe

In this project, I embarked on an in-depth analysis to sculpt a customer experience journey, leveraging the storytelling principles acquired during my course. My approach was holistic, beginning with meticulous research to draw inspiration and culminate in a moodboard that effectively captures the essence of my vision. This moodboard served as a foundational guide, highlighting key design considerations such as color schemes, UX/UI inspiration, branding, and the use of contrast to evoke the desired emotional response.

Guided by this moodboard, I crafted a detailed wireframe that meticulously maps out the customer experience journey. A significant focus was placed on ensuring a seamless flow throughout the experience, achieved by strategically reusing visual elements as users scroll through the interface. I took this vector's from Chiaras original wireframe and gave them a unique color touch, in order to mantain her original idea. This methodical repetition not only reinforces brand identity but also establishes a cohesive and memorable user experience that engages, informs, and delights.

The culmination of this project is not just a wireframe but a narrative-driven blueprint for a customer experience that embodies the principles of effective storytelling, thoughtful design, and user-centricity. It stands as a testament to the power of combining analytical research with creative design to forge connections that resonate on a deeper level with the audience.
