I'm not exagerating when I say that this is the most organized, methodological and thorough course I've done on Domestika. These aspects really facilitate coming back to specific parts in the future for reference.
I've learned so much from this and you can tell that Óscar is not only a real expert on the matter, but also someone passionate about it.
I don't know if I could call it a final project, but since many exercises done throughout the course were geared towards one, I compiled most of them bellow.

User + Job stories
AS: Rob Heath, the Sportsman
WHEN: finding two identical items
WANTS TO: be able to compare them
IN ORDER TO: decide which one to possibly buy
AS: Mike Riches, the Strong
WHEN: looking for items to train specific body parts
WANTS TO: be able to sort them by muscle group that they could help train
IN ORDER TO: narrow the search
AS: Jessica Berry, the Ripped
WHEN: ordering
WANTS TO: associate her address to her account
IN ORDER TO: not having to write it anymore in future purchases
AS: Ryan Pine, the Giant
WHEN: ordering for the first time
WANTS TO: generate an account automatically at the end of the purchase
IN ORDER TO: not interrupt the process and have it be straightfoward
AS: Patty Quinn, the Fast
WHEN: scrolling through items' descriptions
WANTS TO: have the "Add to Cart" option always present, but not bothersome
IN ORDER TO: avoid scrolling all the way back to the top if she decides she wants to buy them

Success story
Jift is a conceptual company that sells exercising equipment, targetted for home gyms.
As such, this company would require a website to sell its products and that is where I come in. My goal was to assess what said website would require in order to not only fulfill the client's objective of selling their products, but also provide customers with a good user experience.
The first phase of this project was the investigation. Here I conducted surveys as well as research about what other similar companies were doing and from which I took references. From that I compiled a research poster that would help guiding me from then on.
Then followed the empathy and reach phases. These phases consist in studying users' behaviours and reactions both prior and while using the product. This was necessary to help me tweak their experience to be the most optimal it could be.
The information phase came next. This phase serves to organize oneself before the conceptualization of designs.
Then came the idealization phase. Design took its place here based on everything that came before. I started with some sketches that were then developed into wireframes.
Soon after came the prototyping phase. This was when something that could be close to be called a product started to exist and be tested.
Taking then in consideration the conducted tests, tweaks took place until I finally got to something testers could intuitively and efficently use.
This was the final product.
In the end we had and functional online store that users could use without confusion, fulfilling the client's goal of selling their own products.
As my first UX Design project I can say that I learned a lot from it and have only to be thankful about how organized the steps were laid out for us by the form of determined phases. I would have been lost and gone back and forth a lot if it were not for that. I see this structure being incredibly useful for future projects.
