What is a vision board?

There are many practices that allow for creativity and magic and intention to come together and help clarify and manifest your desires. Vision boarding is one of these practices.

My definition of a vision board is simple:

It’s a visual tool that helps remind me of my aspired dreams, goals and feelings through collage.

A vision board is an intuitive collage that is a physical, visual representation of your intentions over a period of time OR within a certain area of focus (life, business, etc) OR both.

Vision boards can be especially helpful for visual and kinetic learners. If you’re a visual learner, your intentions come to the forefront because you’re engaging your sense of sight. If you’re a kinetic learner — meaning you learn through movement, being tactile and feeling emotion — then the process of creating the vision board will really ingrain your intentions within you.
